"When we arrived there didn’t appear to be anyone at the desk and then he came out of the bar. We were given a key to a yurt that was not cleane, bed was a mess and it looked like someone was still staying there, then when I questioned him and got defensive about how he claimed to have made the bed, but then realized he sent us to the wrong room. The hassle of trying to get settled after a long day of travel and having to deal with unprofessional camp owners was not appreciated. I would not stay...

"Staff nice, clean room, comfy bed, keurig starbucks coffee appreciated, plenty of towels, musty smell in cabin, very good air condioning, property is very family friendly, peaceful. "

"The rooms are clean and comfy, the lobby is gorgeous, the coffee shop is legit. Nightly smores around the fire pit, right on the lake, can walk to the water park of inflatable slides on the lake."

"Be warned during holiday weekends it’s PACKED , the check in line was long and took us an hour just to get to the front desk and then an additional 3 hours before our room was ready. Also you can hear everything even on the top floor so be ready to hear screaming kids running up and down hallways all weekend. "We booked a two day stay for my grandson so he could use the Water Park. After enjoying the Water Park and a nice meal at the Jay Peak Inn, upon our return to the hotel, I inquired what time the Water Park opened in the morning and was told the Water Park was closed on Monday the 20th. We decided to check out the next morning and get a refund for the day we would not use and George at the front desk, who is kind of rude, told us the Park was open and refused to refund the extra day. Not good."
