Crown Hotel Harrogate
There was no toilet brush in the bathroom, no extractor fan to take away smells and shower steam. There was no side table on one side of the bed, glasses of water, cups of tea, mobile phone and personal items had to placed on the floor beside the bed. Room was clean and tidy

Room: Decoration was good, but carpets looked very tired and require replacing immediately. The undersink cupboard door was off the hinge. We did not receive hot water on the shower. Town Center cottage
What a lovely spot. The location is perfect, beds are very comfortable, host is super helpful. It was exactly we needed for a weekend break.
