Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast - so much choice! Good location of hotel - 20min walk to Tower area & 10mins to train station. Room was a decent size - large bed. Personally, I found it too hot and stuffy (even in Feb) but staff provided fan. Quite a lot of noise from lift/stairs ...

I had an amazing stay, the room was clean, the staff was very nice and I was really 2 minutes away from the Falling tower. I will definitly go back. I loved it
