"Very friendly and helpful staff - very responsive to common tourist questions.
Rooms are close together, so can hear (and sometimes see) other hotel guests, especially if window is open.
Hotel Gym is a bit small and dated, but likely not a feature many looking for when travelling to a Greek Island."
"This property is absolutely amazing. My husband and I decided to stay here as part of our honeymoon and it was a great choice. A very close walk to a gorgeous beach and a 10 minute drive to the main town. Not only was our room and the hotel gorgeous, but the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the staff members pointed us in the direction of one of the best restaurants we have ever been to and even made the reservation for us. The housekeeping went above and beyond in cleaning our room each day we were there. The town this hotel is in still has some mini markets and restaurants, its just in a quieter area than the main town which is what we were looking for. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you are looking in Naxos!!"
"Just got back from a week in Naxos ( October 25 ) the place was incredible. From the ferry we took the local bus (2.30 euros) and drop off 25 feet from the Hotel. Ocean view. The staff was so accommodating, and the Spa treatment was sensational. breakfast buffet was very generous and stayed open till 11 AM. Meals at the hotel were a little more expensive but more refined than the local restaurants. When we left, most of the restaurants were closing down for the season. "
"I’ve stayed here twice…what a property! Beautiful views of prokopios, and a fantastic breakfast. The only knock against them is the long walk to the beach (which they have a shuttle for during the day, but i really wish they had a shuttle back around dinner time or into the night hours). I’d stay here again if I’m ever visiting Naxos again!"
"Great walking distance to the beach with great restaurant options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bummed that we had to leave a day early because of the strikes. "
"Modern, clean and comfortable private villa with stunning views and great hammam. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options and homemade cakes. Nice food delievered to the villa. Beautiful views from the upper tarrace.
The negatives: reception and service ladies were unfortunately either not there or very slow and forgot stuff. Also not attentive or friendly. One was carrying two empty plates and two beers and broke one, waiting time for the next beer was 30minutes, one hour until it was cleaned. Also, our booking of additional nights which was made 2 weeks in advance, got cancelled 1 day before our flight, which was really annoying as we didn‘t have time to look for anything new and other options we liked were fully booked. This was very unprofessional and never happened to me before, although I‘m a very frequent traveller.
It‘s a nice place, but with so much chaos in the planning, that you can‘t even trust the booking confirmation, in this price range, is a no go. This made us choose from still available options on the go :/
There is nothing in the walking distance, so you need own transport or take the bus. A walk to the next village and beach looked quite dangerous (no sideways)."
"The rooms are very nice and clean. Love the hot tub. Excellent and healthy choice of breakfast items. Beautiful view from the room and breakfast area."
"The rooms were nice and felt separated from each other due to the layout. Staff seemed happy to help any time I had a need or question. Close proximity to the main town. Easy drive, walkable distance if you so desire. "
