"Good place, reception well signed, the apartment I had was in the next door building. About 10 minutes walk to the main square. They advertise no lifts, I had a top floor apartment and it was a lot of steps! But they make it clear no lifts, so I would say if you have trouble climbing stairs then probably better not to book (or request a lower floor?) However if you can deal with stairs then its a decent place to say."

"Staff were great. Food in restaurant were excellent. The property is located in the old town and blocks were set up at both entries of the town. We found out after carrying our luggages there that cars are able to get to the property at the back. There is no elevator and staff stored our luggages in the storeroom downstairs."

"We arrived in Poznan very early, so we contacted the owner and asked if we could check in early. They gave us an upgraded apartment and let us check in early at no extra cost. It was a lovely apartment right beside the main square. It was clean and a good size with a mezzanine sleeping area. We really loved it, especially the location. "
