Right above the children’s play area at the restaurant so v noisy from early morning. Also next to the entertainment area, but back of stage so couldn’t actually see, but could hear! Entertainment stops at 10pm so not too bad. We didn’t move rooms as had already unpacked. We did pre-request a quiet location with a view - we got neither. This hotel is great if...

"We recently spent 4 days and 3 nights at the hotel and had a genuinely relaxing stay. From arrival, the hotel felt spotless and very well maintained. Cleanliness is clearly a priority throughout. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide variety each morning that delivered on both quality and choice. "Clean room. Rituals products in bathroom. Room had an ironing board, iron and hairdryer. Great ocean view. Lots of choice for breakfast. Pool side menu limited food options."

"Most people didn’t seem to have AI and so certain items not an available and pool bar / resturant menu fairly restrictive. Plenty activities and animation team activities. Tennis courts no longer exist which was a shame - 1squash court available. Pool areas wonderful loads of beds but busy. Nice thick cushions. All staff in all areas were very helpful and friendly. "

"Air conditioning in our family appartment 157 wasnt very cool at all ,we did report it numerous times was told keep windows doors closed which we did and already knew to do anyway . They fix it so for 7 night's it was abit uncomfortable . Staff were very nice 👌 hotel spotless . Hopefully hotel fixes air conditioning in this appartment as would hate for another family to suffer like we did in the warmth . We had to buy fans to sit by our bedside "

"Overall good stay - available parking even though very tight spots, great location really close to the strip and restaurants, big gym, spacious rooms and amenities. The bedding could've been cleaner and it seemed ridiculous to pay for beach towels and to play pool or table tennis, but overall good $$ for value."

At least 8 power cuts in a hour period in that building suggests electrical failings and poor safely standards. Despite “No Smoking” signs in the room, no smoke detectors were apparent. The bedrooms were above the open kitchen meaning excess noise and poor sleep. Given such protential fire hazards, no fire escapes / exits were noticeable.
