"Good location and not far from downtown Newport. We appreciated the free shuttle that went between the hotel and downtown. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the parking is free, and there is a nice patio and bonfire area. We would definitely stay there again!"

"The place was adequate for the price in the Newport area. It is close to Newport The room was clean , but very 1970s. The office doesn't open until after 10AM. There was a coffee maker in the office, but I had to drive to Dunkins,down the road to ge5 coffee in the morning. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice the refrigerator and microwave were a plus."

"The Yankee Peddler was everything I expected after reading past reviews. Perfectly located (walking distance to the Lobster Shack and the Newport Harbor, Int'l Tennis HOF, Audrain Car Museum...) with the free shuttle stop right at the bottom of the stairs. The shuttle runs about Mid-May to late October taking you to the gilded age "cottages" and other places. Do the Cliff Walk! It's beautiful. The Inn and its keepers are awesome.
