"The perfect landing spot in Negombo, close to the airport to rest after a long journey. The family room was super spacious and comfortable, the pool was fantastic, and the owner and staff super welcoming and accommodating, including booking us into a memorable lagoon tour that evening. "The hotel is outdated and is not cleaned properly. Had to change my room three times due to the windows being dirty, bathroom shower clogged, some balcony doors once opened could not be secured.
We booked a one bedroom apartment but there were no crockery and cutlery which had to be requested. They said they could not provide any knifes for chopping or cutting.

"The apartment was spacious, bright, and clean. The rooms were extremely comfortable. It had all the amenities possible and the staff didn’t hesitate to provide us with anything required - friendly, polite staff providing excellent service. The location is also superb - right in the heart of the city, opposite a supermarket, mall, and garden. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!"
