"The hot tub was broke, and I didn't use the pool. My only complaint is that there was no in house person to take any problems to. We had a bathroom cabinet with a broken hinge, and the drain in the master bath was very slow draining. Other than that, it was perfect. We would go again for that room and that view! It is awesome. The decorating was so cool. Over all a big *********"

"There was no one on site, all through text messages. Room was clean. It is expected that you wash towels/washcloths as needed. We were provided 4 towels/washcloths and 2 hand towels for a 6 night stay, 2 trial size shampoo/conditioner, 1 roll of toilet paper (we had to go buy our own). They ask you keep the thermostat at 74 - a little warm for me so we ended up getting a fan as we could not get the ceiling fans to go past low speed. The condo is in a great location though! "The location was convenient a boardwalk away from the beach. No crowds. 3 big pools (1 was heated-ish). The house was well stocked with beach chairs, etc. The property is a little dated, but the location overcame that. Would have loved to see it in its prime.
