"This is a roadside hotel attached to a restaurant with some nice areas to sit and relax. The owner and staff were super friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans that did the job. We spent most of our time visiting Pamplona and Vitoria, so we mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep. Overall, we had a very good experience at Aritzalko. Recommended!"

Booked through Expedia, which seemed to cause some confusion for the staff upon arrival but after some investigation by the staff our booking was found. We booked a shared room for a family of four. "Beautiful Hotel. Love the marble staircase. Rooms were immaculate. Long pillows on the bed were so cozy for me because I’m a side sleeper. There is an offsite fitness club about 7 min walk. Used it all 3 days. About 30 min walk to downtown. City is so walkable. Wide, safe sidewalks. All cross walks have crossing lights. If you have a bike or standing scooter you’re downtown in minutes."
