"Clean room. Personable staff. No "amenities" like breakfast, but if only staying for less than 12 hours......great price."

"Firstly said there is breakfast there is not. Staff where useless and rude, no elevator so if you have mobility issues or are frail forget about it as you will have to lug bags up a turning stair case. Area around hotel had things to do but could be seedy at night. Lots of drugs. Working people are nice in Kokomo but the area has its issues "

"The hotel room was clean however the hallways and microwave In the Lobby was not clean. The room also did not have a fridge or microwave so if you travel with drinks or food there is no way to store them to keep cold. They did have an ice machine in the lobby. But ice only keeps food and drinks cold for so long. There is a very small microwave in the lobby which was not very clean to heat food. They had a coffee machine in the lobby but I never saw anyone use it nor did I ever see any cups,...

"We flew in Wednesday night, checked in, and headed to our room. On the way to the 2nd floor, the elevator shook so badly it felt like it was having a seizure before stopping. We got to the room around 11pm, just wanting sleep, and found the layout odd—the bed in the middle with a pony wall, a desk on the other side with no chair, and confusing light switches. "The room and property were super clean. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Plenty of food and shopping within minutes of the property. Will definitely stay again."

"Rooms are clean. Shower has hot water and good pressure. Pool and hot tub are well kept. An employee was doing a routine check of the water while we there. Breakfast is pretty good. Close to lots of restaurants. Rooms on pool end will have highway noise, but it's not that bad. Have stayed here before and definitely will again."

"This Hampton Inn at Westfield was wonderful! The location was safe, clean, and good for walking our dog. The hotel itself was clean and in good condition. My only complaint is the check-in process was not smooth. The person who checked me had an hard time processing the fee for our dog and “incidentals” for which I’m still waiting for a refund. The next morning’s breakfast was excellent in variety, quantity, and quality. "
