Promenade Inn & Suites Oceanfront
Renovations were going on and some fumes could he smelled for a bit, but room was clean and plenty of toiletries. Check in was super easy and staff was fantastic. Pool and hot tub on main floor sea level were relaxing and the location is absolutely everything you wil need.

The place was pretty great for such an old property. However, our room temperature was not good and our gas fireplace was not working properly, so these 2 things made the stay not as good. Rockaway Beach Resort
Everything was great, especially the pulldown bed and the kitchenette. However, both the hottub and the sauna were underheated, lukewarm at best.
