Promenade Inn & Suites Oceanfront
Room was clean. Staff was fine. Pool was great. Lots of construction going on, no noise from it, but its there.

The place was pretty great for such an old property. However, our room temperature was not good and our gas fireplace was not working properly, so these 2 things made the stay not as good. Rockaway Beach Resort
