"Other than a computer glitch the stay was flawless. This is my third time at this property. The rooms are well proportioned, top class bathrooms and of course clean. Convenient restaurant on property and many options close by."

"First, the room was large by Chicago standards and quiet. The Breakfast was a buffet with something for every taste, but the music was always just a little too loud. If you had an issue, or needed something, the staff was at times elusive. Now as far as the front desk, the staff ranged from rude to somewhat helpful with few genuine smiles. We were given 4 vouchers fro free house wind or beer, however on our second vistit were told they were out of house beer. They did have other beers, but...

"Very convenient to downtown Chicago and right on the river. Not too far from train terminal/stop or bus stops. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and we were able to store our luggage before checkin and after checkout with access to hotel lounge. They could update some furniture in rooms since the sofa seemed a bit in disrepair and luckily didn't need it for a sleeper. We had a kitchenette, but there were no dishes or utensils. Just in case you would need that feature."
