"Simple furnishings and amenities, but we had a very comfortable mattress and slept great! Very quiet motel with rooms a good distance from the main road through Pagosa Springs. We heard no noise whatsoever from traffic or from the other guests. Manager on site was very friendly and kind and allowed us to leave our car in her lot after checkout while we got some breakfast a block away at the Pagosa Baking Company (highly recommend this spot) and explored the town. Overall very pleased with our stay and will stay again if in town!"

"Breakfast was a total disappointment, coffee cold and you have to ask staff for everything because there is nothing available. We are happy to hear they are remodeling the hotel, hopefully we go back to see the finished work, we got a lake view and we enjoyed the view."

"Everything was great! Nice property. There is no pool. It’s been removed. The grills were filthy. This property requires a bit of cleaning like a time share property. Rooms were clean. Everything was quiet. Others had pets. We didn’t but it looked like they had great accommodations. No tv in the rooms. Was nice to have a full size refrigerator, and a full kitchen."
