"The overall stay was good but I just wish the check in process were better that they could have inform us a little bit earlier before we arrive or checked in. I emailed them before arrival but they reply really late. We stayed there from Sunday to Wednesday and there's a change in the gate code to get inside the building. They never informed us. They told me to email me the new code instead of just saying it directly and I waited for their email which never came. So I have to call them and ask...

"This is an amazing place to stay in Porto! The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Convenient to everything you want to do. The staff is beyond helpful and courteous. "Overall, it was a good stay. Receptionist was friendly and informative. The room was clean but a little too warm for my liking. There was no AC as they transition to heaters during the winter. No big deal. Also, there was only one little trash can in the bathroom. A second one in the living area would’ve been helpful. Location is great. Easy walk across the bridge to the city center. "
