"Quest was an ideal place for us, providing us with easy access to shopping and the city. The ambience, cleanliness, and the receptionist's friendliness were excellent. I want to stay there the next time I visit Melbourne."

"Booked for a quick overnighter, we we were there for less than 8 hours. Super basic and super small rooms but easy walking distance to airport for our ridiculously early morning flight. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not the nicest hotel we've stayed at, but definitely served its purpose and was exactly as expected."

"It’s a new hotel and rooms were clean. Convenient location within Melbourne shopping precinct. Stayed on 7th floor corner room therefore some street noise could be heard. Only issue is where the TV was placed in an odd location in the middle at the end of the bed which was a safety hazard as you can hit your head against it. Tram stop is just right in front at Elizabeth street."
