I stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean, AC was working, no bugs or insects, mattress was new. The location is convenient. The staff was kind and helpful. I arrived at 1 am and felt safe. It was actually a good surprise. I stayed in room 210.

Room was dirty and looked super run down. Cigarette burns on the bedsheets/blanket. Smelled like cigarettes in a "non-smoking" room. There was bugs, small roaches. It felt cleaner to not use that shower.

We traveled with our pets. I spilt some of their water from the dish. I grabbed a towel to wipe it up and the towel was then very dirty. Floor and shower had not been cleaned in a while.

The staff is nice. I called ahead, asked if that pool was open, asked at check in. As soon as I got my key and was walking to my room, the pool was being locked to be "shocked" however it looked just as green and unappealing the next morning. The floor in our room was filthy. Two pitiful towels left on the room. The shower floor was filthy. No shampoo or conditioner. Just 2 small hotel bars. All the appliances were unplugged so the refrigerator couldn't keep anything cold. If you're after a cheap spot to stay, just don't expect anything besides a bed to sleep in.

This hotel/motel fit my financial needs rather than fitting my luxurious needs or wants. The old addage falls so true, "you get what you pay for." And that quote is not being disparaging to the hotel nor it's staff. I was comfortable, I felt clean, and proud I saved on hotel expenses.

At this hotel currently. Room 143 decided to invite nearly a dozen unregistered guests to the pool area, and it’s been nothing but chaos. First, one of the guests threatens to assault me. I tell the proprietor, explaining to them that they’re unregistered and should be booted from the property as per their own property’s policy… what does the proprietor do? Nothing. Tells me “stay in your room all night for your own safety”. Yeah. Second, one of the unregistered guests gets into the pool, sits on the steps, spreads her legs, and announces to her boyfriend that she is currently peeing in the pool so she doesn’t have to get out and use the toilet in her room. I report this as well. Do you think they care? No. No they do not. Never again and emailing the c-suite tomorrow. Never again.

When I got at my motel it was not clean it looked like they just made the beds and that was it got put into another room it was a lot cleaner than the first room was not sweat they did not move stuff to clean underneath like the microwave underneath it was nasty

There was a huge rat trap outside of my room. I was staying near the dumpsters where a man and his dog was living behind.. cars in the middle of the night pulling up and parking in their running cars. I’m a man staying with two large dogs and I did not feel safe or secure.
