The hotel is centrally located in Murcia and close to restaurants, parks, and shopping. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The rooftop pool with a bar was very nice. The gym was clean, in working order, and free cold water was provided. The room was nice as well and had a Juliette balcony. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Breakfast was geared to continental and very little for the English, plates were cold for hot dishes. Very busy at weekends and some pastries not replaced quickly enough. However staff were very friendly and polite. Food was expensive to buy in the hotel and much cheaper elsewhere. We would stay there again as bedroom was very well appointed and bathroom big. Excellent cleaning schedule. Pool area was small with only 12 sun beds, but had a bar and tables and chairs, pool decent size for about 10-12 people.used Uber to travel to nearby bars and restaurants which was about 7euros per journey. Overall would give hotel 9 out of ten.

We were given a very warm welcome and the guy at Reception (sorry, I didn’t get his name) was so helpful whenever we asked for advice. Great location to explore Murcia and the rooftop pool was a lovely extra.

Amazing staff, everyone works with a smile on their face! Very clean in all areas. Quite a dark room with a lovely large bathroom. Running water noises heard from other rooms and banging doors were a bit annoying, but otherwise the rooms were well soundproofed from road noise.

Stayed for three nights and had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good… loved the fresh orange juice! The hotel was within walking distance to the cathedral across the river.
