The only think I can think of is that it could use a bit of a paint touch up or cleaning of the walls. There are a lot of scratches in the paint. Otherwise excellent."

"Beautiful large apartment in a quiet side street near Plaza de Espana. The location is great as it is just a few steps away from a metro station. Also, the street has lots of great restaurants ("El Rey de los Tacos" is just 2 doors down and is fantastic!), there's a pharmacy just across the street and a supermarket about 2 blocks away. "The location of Cibeles Boutique Cibeles is excellent, but unfortunately, the property does not match the price or the pictures shown in the listing. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the bathroom ceiling was falling apart. There is a washing machine but no dryer. The water was also shut off for about three hours the morning after we arrived, with no communication, apology, or compensation from the property.
