"We had a great stay at your hotel, services were excellent, and the rooms were spectacularly clean. But, i wished they had an ironing board that came in the room, we had to ask to use it. But other than that, it was an amazing stay."

"Hotel is old and dated but well maintained. Rooftop was the highlight of the stay, amazing views of royal palace, parks and everything else in Madrid. Room could use a little sprucing, is very dated. But overall it served our needs and it was a comfortable stay."

"Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and clean. Buffet breakfast on the covered roof terrace was perfect. Bluetooth speakers in the room were a nice touch. Appreciated the option to forego room cleaning for the few days I was there and the hotel donates to reforestation as part of their carbon neutral enterprise. Also good to see the recycling of rubbish was catered for in the room as well. Nitpicking a bit here but could do with a little more clothes hanging space and the air conditioning switched itself off during the night on my last day. Hotel was very handy for catching the high speed train to Zaragoza to see the total eclipse which was the main reason for visiting however Madrid itself is a beautiful city and well worth a visit, if only to spend some quality time in Mercado de San Miguel. Overall would definitely recommend a stay here."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location in Madrid. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained, and our room was spotless and comfortable. It’s within walking distance of many excellent restaurants and several popular attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast also had a great variety of options and was a wonderful way to start the day. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a hotel I would happily recommend."
