In my professional opinion
Better than expected for the value. A few small cosmetic items. But great value. Great breakfast that’s half the cost at the desk vs online. Does have a trickle charger for EV’s in the garage but it is very limited for charging 25% in 12 hours. Address doesn’t seem to align with Hotels.com address It took 2 hours to find and isn’t marked on the buildings upper structure. But, well worth finding for Comfort, friendliness and quality of the hotel. And, I’m a Canadian Builder and Realtor so I’m critical most of the time. I would stay again

The hotel is amazing and the staff are very helpful. The dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant was very good. We had a problem with the sink draining in the bathroom, but otherwise it was great. Don't know much about the area. We were just passing through.

New hotel in Arezzo
New hotel (one year old) nice rooms, modern layout would definitely recommend this hotel. The highway is within sight but no noise the hotel is not in the centre of town it's about a ten minute drive if you are driving. Instead of fighting for parking in town this is a good choice.

Hard to find behind a service station but a really nice hotel.
Enjoyed our stay in a very nice, very new hotel. Good bicycle storage but a dangerous road for cyclist.

A little difficult to get to if you have never been there before. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is new and in good condition.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, colazione super
Buon rapporto qualità prezzo per questo hotel situato in una posizione strategica vicino alla zona industriale fuori dalla città. Colazione ottima con varietà di dolce e salato, torte e arance per la spremuta.

Accoglienza e cortesia perfetta. Avevamo la suite della quale non si pó dire che bene. Colazione con buona scelta dolce e salata. Tornerei molto volentieri.

Trasferta ad Arezzo
Onestamente mi aspettavo di più da un hotel quattro stelle. La camera (una superior) nel complesso era pulita, ma la moquette non si poteva guardare (macchiata dappertutto). Colazione nella norma, ma alla mia richiesta di un avere caffè macchiato, mi è stato risposto che si poteva avere solo dalla macchinetta (anche se una di quelle che macina il caffè al momento), anche questo, a mio giudizio, in un quattro stelle, non è accettabile.

Struttura buona con la comodità del parcheggio, personale accogliente, buoni gli spazi in camera , la pulizia lascia a desiderare con moquette e copriletto macchiati. Il ristorante al loro interno pessimo per qualità e servizio. Svanisce completamente la possibilità di cenare in hotel.

Viaggio con addebito immediato sulla mia carta di credito. Ma non ci è stata data la debita ricevuta; ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto richiederla per e-mail a Expeedia???? Abbiamo pagato a parte la nostra tassa di soggiorno, ma non era già inclusa nel prezzo? Aggiungasi poi che, secondo quanto riferitoci avevano un guasto alla caldaia, ergo niente doccia per assenza di acqua calda. Però il prezzo è stato corrisposto al 100%. No comment.

Una bella sorpresa
Albergo comodo per visitare arezzo in quanto a 10 min di distanza e con parcheggio gratuito. Camere spaziose, moderne, comode e con una bellissima e piacevole doccia. Buona la colazione a buffet.

UN DISCRETO DUE STELLE
Struttura a circa 8 km dal centro storico di Arezzo, con comodo parcheggio esterno gratuito ma, se pur costruito da appena 4 anni sembra una struttura super datata! Ho trovato stanza con muri sporchi, per non parlare della pessima scelta della moquette a terra ovviamente tutta macchiata e, dulcis in fundo, water sporco che abbiamo pulito e disinfettato noi!! Aria climatizzata gestita dalla reception che non ti permette di siddisfare le proprie esigenze rispetto al caldo torrido, e quindi, a lentissima funzionalità. Personale in reception gentile se pur essendo una sola persona, capita come a me che arrivi e devi aspettare 8 minuti esatti che arrivasse qualcuno per il check-in!! Colazione davvero da dimenticare, praticamente quasi nulla da poter mangiare se non due vassoi di cornetti, due crostate striminzite da horror solo la visione, ed un cestino con le marmellate nei piccoli contenitori di plastica, mantre di salato, hanno pensato bene, considerato che in fin dei conti c’erano soltanto 35 gradi, di mettere delle fettine di formaggio e del prosciutto cotto in un contenitore di plastica senza frigo che, essendo lì dalle 7 del mattino (detto dal cameriere) vi lascio immaginare come era alle ore 9!!! Ritengo di aver frequentato una marea di strutture e questa certamente non può essere paragonata ad un 4 stelle, per come sono le camere e per la colazione proposta vi assicuro che può essere un discreto due stelle!! Non mi sento di consigliarlo.

Zufahrt ist sehr beschwerlich zu finden
Es war schade, daß der SPA-Bereich für Hotelbenutzer extra gekostet hat und das war sehr teuer. Auf dem Balkon waren leider keine Stühle und kein Tisch vorhanden. Aber das Frühstück und das Abendessen war sehr gut. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
