Everything was great! Lovely staff. Great facilities

Great stopover hotel when going between the south and the north of France. Rooms were fine. They were clean and the basic room was ok for size. We took our dog and were pleased to find there were plenty of places to walk her round the hotel. It is used by loads of Brits doing the same as us. There was no kettle in the room though so if you like to make a cup of tea in the room you need to take one. Meals are great and would recommend the hotel for a stopover.

Friendly staff

Great stopover. Lovely and quiet. Clean rooms and helpful staff.

We stayed here for 1 night only as a stop over but found the property to be absolutely incredible. The location is just mesmerising with various champagne makers around the village. The B&B itself is just gorgeous. We stayed in a family apartment containing 2 separate rooms which was perfect for 4 of us. The lady owner was fantastic and despite none of us being able to speak French she was patient and helped with everything we needed. She could not have been more accommodating. On our arrival we...

Beautiful lodges, immaculately clean with beautiful scenery. The kids loved having an early morning swim in the pool. Would return in a heartbeat

Lovely property. Great location. Kind and helpful Staff.

Well located hotel, close to town centre and amenities. Excellent breakfast.

This place is a hidden gem

The hotel was great 2nd time staying there. Breakfast and staff were excellent

The Gite du Capitaine is in a small village in the countryside. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast and dinner provided was good. The room and facilities were excellent. The house is rustic and full of antique furniture in great condition.

A wonderful place b]to stay. Sylie and her team are great hosts and very accommodating. The fact that dogs are allowed to stay is very helpful. There are good walks along the river Seine and very good local restaurants.

Use this hotel regularly. For its price point it is great. Easy to find, off street parking, clean, and with a good traditional restaurant. Do not expect 5* amenities, or haut cuisine, just friendly service (this time we were looked after by the delightful Manon), a decent room, and good food and wine at a sensible price. We will be back!

Very welcoming and easy to access property. Breakfast in the garden was excellent.

Excellent

Easy check in. Room very good size but basic amenities but a electric kettle was very welcome. Hotel fronts a main road but as our room was at the back it was very quiet. Limited forecourt parking but easy unrestricted street parking close by. Restaurant lived up to expectations and we had drinks in the garden at the rear which was pleasant with a couple of sun loungers. Excellent breakfast they even had their own DIY waffle maker. My wife tried the sauna which was OK but as not as hot as she...
