"I was in town for 1 night and chose this hotel for its location. The front desk guy was nice, but gave me 2 sets of keys that didn't work for one room, then on the third try, he put me into a different room. The room needs work. I couldn't get the deadbolt to lock, no matter what I tried. It was already so late, I didn't ask to be moved, but probably should've. "The lodge is nestled in a beautiful setting in the trees along side the lake. It was perfect! We watched a fawn from our balcony while we had coffee. Great stay, wish we had stayed longer."

"The room was very clean. Beds comfy. Pull out couch was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice but kept running out of towels because there were so many people swimming. But the staff was very attentive and replaced towels when requested. I loved the cornhole game and large connect four game in the courtyard. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
