"So to start these bed are wall to wall like chris brown said! And second the staff wasnt helpful, the tv kept saying no signal so the tv didnt work,the bar soap was bad quality as well as the very thin toilet paper. Our toilet qas clogged the worker said come by to get one and then asked for my id and returned and said "uhh well we dont have one i dont know where it is" and then told me to just go ask houskeeping. "Booked the family suite with multiple beds and were pleasantly surprised with the space and convenience of the shared space! Value was great for the room and great base for Grand Canyon. Breakfast was really good as well! Staff was very helpful from check in until we checked out!"

"This wasn't a motel so much so much as it was a scam posing as a motel. From the moment I checked in, things were bad. There was no human on property to actually assist with anything. The guests in front of me were busy arguing with some poor lady on a video screen about their broken AC and there was nothing she could do to help them.
