Качественный отель в Архангельске, новый, чистый, номера не очень большие.. немного удивила кровать, она конечно двухспальная, но до king явно недотягивает. Завтраки хорошие, в ресторане Река, с видом на реку)) И выберайте номер не с видом в атриум, а окнами наружу здания

The hotel has decent size rooms and comfortable beds. The check-in staff are friendly and efficient, although the bar staff were a little bit inconsistent at times. The breakfast buffet was good, with a wide selection of food, although the cooked food could have been warmer.

Очень неплохо, но не без замечаний
Неплохо, в стиле Novotel. Традиционно хорошая звукоизоляция, вежливый, квалифицированный персонал. Хороший, свежий отель. Ресторан при отеле заслуживает отдельного упоминания - очень хороший выбор блюд при средней цене. Из недостатков: - в номере нет обыкновенного письменного стола. Крайне неудобно работать с ноутбуком/документами - либо согнувшись за журнальным столиком, либо сидя на кровати. - из-за высоких потолков в лобби/баре прохладно (при температуре на улице -10), в номере - комфортно. - нет принудительной вентиляции в ванной - слабоват напор воды или некорректно подобрана лейка душа - парковку перед отелем и подъезды всё-таки нужно чистить от снега (хотя этот момент может быть в ведомстве коммунальных служб города).

Лучший отель Архангельска не оправдал ожиданий
Отель относительно новый, но уже порядком потрепаные номера. Одно из панорамный стёкол было запотевшим изнутри. Телевизоры заблокированы на просмотр контента с USB. Кондиционеры летом при +25° практически не работали и эта проблема была не только в нашем номере. Из-за панорамный окон открывалась только одна небольшая створка, что не спасло от духоты и жары. Из плюсов хорошая шумоизоляция, капсульная кофемашина и бесплатные капсулы, сейф и пустой холодильник.

Завтрак оплатил при заезде. Когда утром пришли -нас не было в списке с завтраком. Долго разбирались. Сам завтрак не стоит тех денег, которые мы заплатили.
