"Great stay in DC! the amenities in this grand hotel made me feel like I took a little luxury vacation along with my actual purpose, which was work related. Beautiful grounds and flowers, great location, steps away from Rock Creek Park as well as the Metro and bus lines. Busy property but my room was quiet and looked out on nature (in the middle of the city!)."

"From the moment I first arrived I was greeted very warmly by the very kind representative at the front desk. Although I had arrived nearly two hours prior to my scheduled check in, she was able to get me my suite right away. What’s more, I had also asked if I could possibly get a room on an upper floor. She gave me a suite on the top floor and I could not have been more pleased. The suite itself was perfect. It was spacious and very clean. The king sized bed was so comfortable. The next morning I was able to partake in their delicious breakfast, offering a scrumptious buffet but also cooked to order. As for location, this Embassy Suites DC Convention Center was perfect for me. It was just a few blocks from Metro Center and only a few blocks away from Ford’s Theater, where I was planning to see a show. There are a number of fine restaurants and casual take-out eateries nearby so you will have no trouble finding something you like. I loved Embassy Suites DC Convention Center so much so, I would have easily extended my stay. Thank you to the entire staff for taking such great care of me. "

"It honestly felt like we were at a resort. The stay was beautiful with plenty to do, and the atmosphere was amazing. The bar being open until midnight was a nice touch, and breakfast being included made it even better. The elevators were new, the floors were quiet, and everything felt peaceful. Garage parking was reasonable ($25) with in and out. This is definitely going to be our go-to spot for a relaxing staycation night. Please don't mess it up. "

"Pretty small rooms but can’t beat the location though"

"I would recommend this hotel. It was in a good location (walkable to Mall and union station) and reasonably priced. Did have a problem with bed: all beds are foldable and one of the two wouldn’t go down. Maintenance responded pretty quickly but couldn’t fix. We had to move to another room. Fine, these things happen, but I was surprised there was little effort to apologize or compensate for the inconvenience."
