"The most coziest property. I was there with some girlfriends for the BTS Arirang concert. We felt safe and the best part was the Pete’s Bagel downstairs! The host was very responsive to messages and the whole process of check in was smooth. Everything was clean and the property was wonderfully decorated. Also, loved the free roaming chickens and roosters in the area. 10/10, no notes. "

"What a lovely stay. Kimberly was the perfect hostess answering all my questions and making sure my stay went flawless. Frankie, her Frensh Bull Dog, was always welcoming when I entered making me feel like I was coming home rather than 1,000 miles away. Mini-fridge kept my seltzers cold, room temperature was comfortable, shower refreshing, and easy in and out from highways coming and going. I highly recommend and thank Kimberly for her hospitality."

"Views of city were great and room was clean, it took a long time for the staff to get our rooms ready, and many other people were waiting as well. Parking was a hassle, vallet is 50$ a night, however there is a parking garage right across the street (no kiosk payment only apps, also a hassle). The trolley is very nice and takes you to many popular spots and is free. Overall I liked the hotel, but there were a few annoying situations such as the parking."

"Beautiful hotel, and the room was wonderful. However, the staff was not helpful at all. We tried to call for room service and were transferred around before eventually being hung up on. We also called for ice and were told there was no ice machine, with no alternative offered. The AC wasn’t cooling the room enough, so we called to ask for a fan, and the staff member was rude and dismissive when telling us they did not have one.
