"When booking through Expedia you are given an option , pay now or pay at hotel ! I selected the pay at hotel option. However before I checked in I was charged . I explained that this should not happen as I wanted to use another form of payment . If given an option of pay at hotel you should be charged at Che k in not 4 hours before you check in . Now I have to wait for the money to be refunded on my card ! Gentlemen at reception was understanding but explained that’s there policy . Well don’t advise on Expedia you have the option to pay at checkin . Won’t be staying here again for that reason "

"Absolutely love the renovations! Management are a beautiful team and we have loved every stay there but the newly renovated rooms are so well thought out we were amazed at the layout and quality. Team are always accommodating for our family. We will be back next time we are in town. "
