"I had to complain about barking dogs from another room."

"The whole experience was good property and the front desk overall good experience Only problem we had at breakfast one of the staff was too rude even though no one touch the food with bare hands used the thong but she spoke very rudely arguing even though we explained but no use That wasn’t the pleasant experience before the checkout this breakfast staff need to be notified Hope they fix the problem for future guests "

"The room set up was nice. Had a lil trouble with the mini fridge but the staff quickly took care of it. Did not receive daily maid service/ don't know why. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good! They kept up on restocking low/out of items, so it was all fresh."

"We visited the monroeville area to check out the dawn of the dead mall. The hotel was by far the most affordable in the area by a large margin and the reviews mostly positive. The hotel is perfect value for money. Its not as slick as some of the more expensive hotels but you get great bang for your buck. No coffee machine in the room was a slight letdown but theres a mcdonalds, a grill, a Starbucks and other options a short walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is set back from the road so quiet...

"Overall, great stay! The staff was very attentive and our room was great. Our first room smelled pretty bad so we went down and requested a new room with no issue. For the price and the quality, I would definitely come back!"

"I love this hotel! My room was fantastic and clean. The bar downstairs is great with beautiful decor. I loved the neighborhood too. My only complaint was not having a cart for my luggage or a ramp for my rolling luggage. No valet or on-site parking; however, there is a public parking lot right next to the hotel. An Uber got me over to the North Shore for a Pirates game within just a few minutes. I would definitely stay here again."
