"Spent 6 days in D.C and we were able to walk or take the Metro everywhere from here. We are walkers so if you're not you may want to consider somewhere in central downtown, but it probably won't be as quiet or safe. If you stay here definitely go to Tatte for coffee and pastries."

"I really enjoyed the fact that this hotel mirrored the area and the era of the mid-19 century. With the way that the rooms are set up, the carpeting in the hallways, and even the flags and the overhang in front of the hotel made me feel I was coming into a very classy and era specific hotel.
