"Although the room wasn’t ready when we arrived (at 3:30pm), the staff were very friendly & attentive to get the room ready.
The area around the whole ‘resort’, which is a term that should not be associated with this establishment is absolutely terrible…
Pool area has peeling astroturf, there is unusable old equipment in the communal areas, rubbish everywhere, unsafe in every public area with broken floorboards, ‘gym’ equipment, bbq and seating area.
This ‘resort’ should not be given the name...

"The island was beautiful. The cabin was adequate
Only feedback would be that a towel change in 3 days would have been nice. The air conditioner was vibrating the whole cabin at times, keeping that room awake. Main bed was uncomfortable mattress. Dining table was falling apart. Broom broke (rusted) first day.
Staff were lovely in the restaurant and reception.

The apartments are at the top of a very steep hill and even the fittest person would not be able to walk back from the main beach in two minutes. "Apart the room overlooking the beach and the apologetic receptionists were the only positives.
The toilet had excrement on the seat. The cupboards in the kitchen had like a black mold and fluff on them. The handles weren’t just grimy and sticky.
The doona on the bed had once again stains from human interaction. One of the pillowcases looked like it had been in contact with a very dusty surface.
