Very close to JR station and walkable to a lot of restaurants near by, very convenient. Free ramen noodles on the evening, coffee, tea. Orange juice and ice cream bars for hotel guests was a plus . The staffs are nice and attentive, can’t ask for more.

This is a great hotel, La Vista is a wonderful chain. Checkin was good, room was very good, meals were outstanding & the spa was wonderful.

The hotel has both public and private onsen and provides probiotic drinks, wafer ice cream and popsicles after guests had done onsen. The highlight of the stay is clearly the wide range of both Western and Japanese foods available at its buffet breakfast. Room is very clean and comfortable. Front desk and service staff are very polite and helpful.

The parking lot is not attached to hotel building but they provide transportation services, not very convenient however acceptable. Room is nice and comfy. Best feature of this hotel is the public hot spring! Well maintained and spacious, I like it so much thus used 4 times during my 2 nights stay. My family enjoyed the snacks they offered.

Great breakfast buffet and service

Nice stay but was packed with tours and tourists and got chaotic and noisy in the dining hall, lobby and onsen resting areas. Front desk staff were helpful and breakfast buffet were excellent. Could have been a much better experience only if the hotel was less crowded and noisy.
