Staff couldn't of been better ,food was perfect . Pretty easy to get around Can't fault it in any way . Amazing staff

Very nice hotel, feels very modern and new. Location is amazing, about 15 mins from the city centre on the tram which is right outside the hotel. It has great amenities and restaurants around it too. We were upgraded for free which was a really nice surprise. Parking is relatively expensive at 30 euros a day but you are in Munich and there are free alternatives around it if you have the time and patience to find them. If we ever stay in Munich again we will not look anywhere else but to stay at...

Third stay at this hotel, and once again couldn’t fault it. Staff were great and very helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast comes with a nice selection of cereals, yoghurts, breads, and cuts of meat and cheese, which is all very good. This hotel will always be my first choice when staying in Munich. Will hopefully be back soon.

Great location.Breakfast great. Staff helpful and efficient. Impeccable service. Room standard excellent and cool when walked in from the hot weather. Best hotel shower ever had too. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely room and very helpful staff.

Excellent hotel and very comfortable in the old town. Rooms were on the smaller side but this is to be expected given the location.

Staff very helpful, really enjoyed our stay.

We were happy to spend our evenings in the hotel bar. Well situated - within walking distance or short taxi ride of town centre, and in a lovely quiet area. Would definitely stay there again and have recommended it to friends. Staff were extremely helpful and polite.

Fun vibe at this hotel, liked the integral reception /bar area.Room was a good size.No safe, fridge or tea and coffee making though which is usually standard these days.We enjoyed our stay and hotel location was close proximity to station and trains into city centre.

Lovely welcome on check-in. Great to be given a suitable parking space with no issues. Very good breakfast and coffee available at any time.

This was my 6th visit to Munich and the surrounding areas, looks like I rolled a lucky 6 on the dice for this one From the main entrance and reception to your room via the excellent restaurant and bar exceptional friendliness from the staff at all points The next morning again friendly staff at breakfast and from the room service staff Superb meals and fantastic breakfast choices Will definitely be back next year or before if I get the chance one of the best hotels I have stayed in

The hotel was very nice with good mattresses and bedding. The breakfast was expensive at €13 per person and did not warrant this charge. The listing said free parking was included at the hotel. This is misleading: While there IS limited free on-street parking, none was available when we arrived, so we had to pay €18 per night to park in the garage. No discount was offered for hotel guests despite the hotel having clear management of it and signage indicating this.

The hotel is amazing as are all the staff that work there. We had zero issues whilst staying at the hotel. The rooms are kept very tidy and cleaned to perfection. The overall tidiness of the hotel is also incredible, absolutely spotless. The rooftop terrace has some amazing views which can be paired with a cold beverage on a hot summers day with the staff on hand to check on you and promptly take empties away. The hotel is situated rather close to lot of top restaurants and shops and even the...
