"The check-in email got blocked as Spam and I emailed, texted and called the property several times seeking information. Nobody ever responded. We sat in our car in the sun in the parking lot for several hours waiting for check-in help. Finally figured it out by ourselves after finding the email in spam folder.

"This hotel is right on the river across from Temple Bar so you can’t beat the location. The room was huge, with a full kitchen, plates, pots, utensils included. We didn’t cook though. The bar and cafe were very nice. We didn’t try the breakfast but it seemed delicious. The gym is very small with no weight machines, just weights, a treadmill, and a bench, but it was very clean and provided towels. The staff was excellent, with a few Spanish speakers which was helpful for me. I would stay here...

"Room was nice and secure but a little small for two people but adequate, location is slightly away from the main centre but we don't mind walking so suited us, amenities were good and the vending machines are cheaper then the local shops, overall good value for money."
