the room was so clean and they cleaned it everyday! the staff were so sweet and we really enjoyed the free breakfast and amenities. the hotel was very convenient to everywhere and parking is convenient too
The experience was great even during the snow storm we received. Staff was all there, breakfast was always ready in the morning and they had shovels available outside to those who needed to use the to get cars out.
Newly opened hotel (3 days) and it was an excellent stay! Management and staff were professional and very accommodating. Hotel room was beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was great (hot and cold) with many offerings.
The rooms are clean and nice, and the breakfast was surprisingly good for a hotel like this. However, they make you pay extra for almost everything. There is a huge, mostly empty parking lot, yet parking still costs $10+ per night, and you only get free Wi-Fi if you are a Hilton Rewards member. In the end, we could have just paid a bit more for a nicer hotel.
Friendly staff, immaculate, excellent design of room and choice of materials and fixtures, really well-thought through, spacious and comfortable room with sofa, large desk, kitchen well-designed, well-stocked with utensils bowls etc, great breakfast
The hotel opened about a week prior to our check in date. The hallways smelled of fresh paint and Pet. Room 409 never got warm and had a running toilet. 1 of the elevators stopped working for a whole week and that caused major disruption. Breakfast was average and repetitive. Unlike their sister property in Leesburg,
parking here is NOT free.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Everything about the visit was great with one exception - how poorly the parking lot was plowed. I understand that this snow and subsequent below-freezing temperatures were unusual but the plow job that was done was very poor and as an essential person who used the hotel to be closer to work, this was a serious problem.
If you are choosing this hotel at any time where snow isn't a factor, I would rate it an 11 out of 10. I will be encouraging my mom, who normally stays at the Hilton Dulles, to stay here in the future.
