"Great view. Hated that the 5th floor bar was open to the public. Half of the front desk staff were unfriendly. They other half were courteous and helpful. Waitress at breakfast went out of her way to interact with my 5 year old and was the highlight of our visit."

"We had an overnight stay at the Red Roof Ashtubula-Austinburg. I had reserved 3 rooms and 2 out of the 3 were not cleaned properly toilet was dirty, nasty comforter, sheets, and mattress pad (I have had this happen at big chain hotels as well). The front desk guy was nice and looked at the rooms and moved them with no issue. Some went out and bought their own sheets after that.
