Staff was wonderful. Room was spotless. Great food and drink opportunities. Valet service was exceptional. Had to deal with a large conference at the same time which presented many challenges though.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good but could maybe do some change ups instead of the same thing every single day. WIFI is excellent, big 55" tv in the rooms to watch tv on.

The location was increidble--my boyfriend and I were able to walk to all of the Short North main areas. It was our first time visiting Columbus, so this was a great place for us to stay.
