"Absolutely horrible customer service after hours. There was not one to help us check in. We had to call into the intercoms and the person on the line was rude, hostile. Even yelled at us for no being there in their self proclaim customer service hours. Also the advertise mislead us to believe breakfast was included which is not at least you want to spend 20 dollars for some por tarts and granola bars. This hotel does not meet best Western business core."

"This place is falling apart. The location is good, with an IGA, tram stop and station at the door; and it has great views towards the CBD. The size of the room is great. But the place itself is basically at the level of international student accommodation and gig worker haunt, meaning it has been treated like crap for years - it’s dorm room levels of quality. "Affordable no thrills simplicity with friendly staff."

"Clean room, new property. We stayed for 6 nights and house keeping was great. Parking is $30/night in their garage so factor that in. Street parking is available sometimes on weekdays but impossible to find on weekends."

"Friendly and easy check-in, very comfortable bed, room was very clean and had everything needed for my stay. The car park felt easy and safe with access via lift to room floors. Highly recommended thank you"

"In room ac/heater worked well. The staff was amazing. From a North American perspective, amenities (water pressure wasn't great) and conditions weren't 100%, but I would stay here again 100%."

"Good value for money, modern decor and simple layout with being a top tier location. You might find something in your room that might not be working properly like a heater in my case which isn’t a big deal when you’re getting probably the best bang for buck in the area. When I presented the heater issue the staff were fast, friendly and helpful with a replacement heater. For the price the room was excellent. Highly recommended"
