I can understand it being a little sandy because of being at the beach, but there were tortilla chips in several areas of the floor. "

"The property was a short walk to the boardwalk/beach and it was very comfortable. We have three kids from almost 2 to 14. It was enough room to keep them happy. The area was very nice. "
