"We were very disappointed with this stay, especially since we've stayed here before and never had any issues. We were unaware it was "Teen Week", and the hotel was filled with disrespectful teenagers who were yelling and arguing, and gathering in the hallways until 2–3 a.m. We had no working telephone & was advised by staff "that's how they are". Our bedding was dirty upon arrival, and after requesting clean sheets, we had to change them ourselves. We had left our room on a few occasions and...
