"We really enjoyed our vacation at the dune's hotel, everything was perfect. We checked in on Sept. 15 and was scheduled to check out Sept. 22. But unfortunately, we had to check out on the 20th, we were unable to stay the night of the 20th, or the 21st. We were just wondering if we could possibly be reimbursed for at least one of those nights? If you could reach out to me one way or another it would really be appreciated.
