"The fore alarm went off in oir room at 7:12 am. Went to front desk, the "Suoervisor", said there is nothing she could do. Maint. Showed up 2 hour's, 1 minute later.. my 1 grandaughter is deaf, wears hearing aides, my daughter had to leave with her this whole time until the smoke detector was repaired. .I asked a manager to please call me, left my name, cell, and room number..No call, no apology either.. Staff needs to be better trained on how to handle situations.."

"Beds are comfortable and built in kitchen was useful. But the fan was too loud at night and staff were not friendly."

"Clean room and facility. Parking lot was for larger SUVS but that was not enforced and we had to park on street as our vehicle would not fit in parking garage. When checking in it seemed to be a bother and no apologies for lack of parking in February, hate to think what it would be like in summer. I merely asked where we could park. Never got an enjoy your stay or explanation of facilities. The checkout was polar opposite pleasant and asked about our stay and hoped we would return "

"I’m not sure but I requested a queen bed room but I think it was standard, bed was next to the door which made us uncomfortable, you can hear anyone in the hallway. The bathroom ceiling had mold looked like they tried to cover it up. The ac thermostat was loud and disturbing. "

"The staff—especially Ray and Shelly—were excellent. The housekeeping and breakfast teams were attentive and provided a generous breakfast spread. I had such a great stay that I even helped fix their printer connection issues as a small thank-you. You really can’t go wrong staying here! "

"Breakfast was not fresh, it was a choice of yogurt, small box of cereal, milk and coffee. The hotel did not overlook the beach. The sink water in the bathroom was barely available. The main entrance door did not close all the way so you felt the draft. They only provided 3 small pillows, no comforter just a blanket. The TV had about 10 channels which consisted of either the news or sports. "

"Pros: The hotel itself was fine, with great staff who were friendly and accommodating. Cons: Parking leaves much to be desired. Spaces are extremely limited, and if you do manage to find one, they’re very tight. My bigger issue, though, was the construction directly in front of the hotel. While I understand this isn’t the hotel’s fault, it significantly impacted the overall experience. During the day, large equipment was constantly in use, and at night, huge generators ran nonstop. "Room did not overlook the beach, but you could see the beach from the left side. We didn’t get the room for the beach view. Place was clean enough, very limited bedding option. No extra blankets, pillows, or any other bedding for the pull out sofa; we didn’t need to use it anyway but it would have been nice if it was included. Other than that, the beds were soft, the room was clean enough, and the check in and check out was a breeze. Good price for an offseason weekend"
