"Could not check into the hotel, apparently it has been sold to a new owner and is under renovation, currently closed. I had to check in a different hotel in the area which I paid for full price. I’d like to get a refund on this."

Philippe is incredibly kind and helpful—when Uber wasn’t working, he personally arranged a car to take me to the airport. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was enjoying my time at the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious! "Amazing ambience. Very helpful staff. Beautiful place. Very secure. Generous portions of food. I enjoyed my stay there. My only issue is if you have OCD like me you will probably want your breakfast covered to avoid exposure to flies. The rooms are amazing and house cleaning should be supervised to ensure they actually thoroughly clean and scrub the place. They can also look into switching up the breakfast menu otherwise i highly recommend Dianne and her great team. Made our stay worth it !"

"This place is a scam and doesn't exist. We showed up to the address that was given and we couldn't find the building. After looking for a while and asking people, no one seems to know of its existence. We called the number listed on the post, someone answered and told us they would come get us in 5 min, then they shot off their phone and let us stay in the streets for 2 hours, until we were forced to book another hotel on the fly. "
