"We had an early departure and needed to get a cup of coffee and roll at 7:30 am. Only a full breakfast was available, as the cafe was not yet open. The host at the restaurant made an exemption for us to just get coffee . . . so that was OK, but would have liked just a simple cafe experience."

We appreciated them being able to allow us early check in. The Double overlooking the River was quite large & the bathroom very updated. "I wanted ground floor unit due to 2 people having mobility issues. sent property a request for this with no reply. arrived to be told on 2nd level with stairs as the only access. asked if we could change to ground level & told no sorry. This made our stay difficult for the ones navigating the stairs with their mobility issues "
