"I didn't understand when housekeeping would empty the trash they wouldn't put a new liner in. They left one on the rim of the can and I guess the guest is supposed to take care of it. Also I had a coffee packet in the room when I checked in but it was never replaced after I used it."

"This suite was fantastic. The beds were the most comfortable we've ever stayed in away from home. It was very quiet. Location was great. Lots of trees and in the woods feeling. "Shower was horrible I felt like I got out with shampoo in my hair hardly any pressure. My car was hit in the parking lot no one left a note or notified the staff and apparently someone was going to email me the camera footage but nothing was ever sent. Air conditioner kept me awake sounding like a cyclone was going through my room. I don't think I'll be visiting again."
