"PLEASE READ, LOTS OF INFO *It was very clean. *Very comfortable beds. *Staff were amazing and very kind. *Kinda loud till maybe 10 but then was better. We were on the 9th floor, bar is on the 11th so that could be why. *Breakfast, we did not get I feel it was very over priced at $20 a person. *I do wish there was a mini fridge, you can get one if you pay extra for it. *TV has basic channels, so not much to watch. *It's not really a young kid friendly place, more a adult party hotel. *There absolutely nothing for young kids or teens to do. I traveled with 2 17year olds. *Its a great hotel if you're 21+ and like the bars or a party seen."

"Telephone didn’t work. Both tv set broken even after they send someone twice to repair. Management unresponsive when address at checkout. Never again will I trust Expedia or embassy suites"

"Comfy and great view. Yet I’ve just seen the invoice for valet parking and it is more than double what I have ever paid all around the world and they do not tell you beforehand. And there are no other options for parking so they really should be upfront about this as I would have chosen to stay somewhere else. It feels dishonest. "

"Booked this for rooftop then they closed it for renovations after the free cancellation ended. Whole hotel needs a Reno— v basic looking. Like a holiday inn. Ice machines were out, vending machines gave us hot drinks. No pool no rooftop. Staff was amazing. I ordered wine and balloons, they knew my arrival time; when we arrived, ice had melted and balloons were deflated"
