Good breakfast, free parking and nice location. Furniture on main lobby, breakfast area stained. No goodie bag at reception like others Hampton Inn....

Bedding was stained and/or anppearing unclean. Notified staff and it was changed right away. Bathroom could use a better cleaning as well. I did not discuss this with staff and instead used Clorox wipes to wipe everything down.

I really liked my stay at this hotel for its convenient location, easy, hassle free parking, friendly and amiable people at the front desk, pretty good breakfast, and I enjoyed using their heated indoor pool.

Love to stay here as this hotel is pretty close to restaurants and entertainment spots, breakfast is complimentary which is a plus the only complaint I have this time around was the temperature of the breakfast could have been warmer but other than that, no other complaints and I will book here again when in the area!

The young man that checked me I really found him to be a bit unfriendly. I ALSO had a MAJOR issue with the fact that the toilet in the room was clogged from the start and there wasn’t a plugger in the bathroom which I thought was just DUMB. You have a toilet but no plugger, so I went and bought one. The customer shouldn’t have to go to the front desk or call to ask for a plugger. Thats an inconvenience, embarrassing and nasty.

The deadbolt on my door would not work and the door would not shut all the way by weight only if pulled so would fine door open often

Housekeeping was somewhat annoying. While I do understand that they have a job to do each morning, knocking on the door every 30 minutes is disrespectful. Guest know when check out is.

It is not our policy for them to knock on a guest door unless the guest has requested service or is still in the room after check out time.
