Í booked this hotel at the last minute due to flight cancellation. When we arrived the front desk representative (Giovanni/GG) was incredibly patient as he was dealing with 40ish angry customers who’s flights had also been cancelled. He was dealing those customers, those of us who had reserved rooms, and a lot of phone calls, as well as other external types of customers. The shuttle was prompt and direct. The staff, and I mean every one that I interacted with, were extremely courteous and helpful. The location was close to the airport and the shuttle travel time was quick. Ron’s were great and clean. We wanted for nothing there. Thank you guys so much.

When I got to the hotel, there were 30 people in line most of which. It took two hours to get to the front of the line and the guys behind the desk. We’re doing their best to accommodate everyone. Unfortunately, once I did get the room that I paid for I went up to it and walked in on someone who was already in my room. Then came down and they told me they had no more rooms available and we needed to go somewhere else with 25 people still in line. Fortunately, my buddy at the front desk worked as magic and got me a room after 2 1/2 hours of waiting

Issues from the start with lots of people getting given the wrong key for their room and in some instances being given a room that already had someone in it. Seemed to have very inexperienced people running the show. Disorganised. Room was satisfactory but very basic.

When we called for the shuttle, the hotel clerk answered by saying, if you’re at the airport, I’m not coming to get you. I explained that we had confirmed rooms, and he said no you don’t. I am currently in the process of requesting a refund as we didn’t stay there.

The staff at this property were very rude when I tried to explain my reservation. I had a flight cancelled on 3/16 and made a reservation through Expedia. I called the hotel for a shuttle immediately after getting confirmation and was told they were booked up due to all the people in the lobby already from the airport whose flights were cancelled and to cancel my 3rd party reservation to get a refund. I contacted Expedia and they attempted to contact the hotel as well as I did with no answer. When I did finally get the guy back in the phone this morning 3/17, he stated that he never told me there weren’t any rooms available and did not speak with anyone last night. I slept at the airport last night because I was lied to by the night staff and when I called back to speak with someone else Marketha or Markesha (not sure how the name is spelled) was very rude and she proceeded to scream at me over the phone when I asked for the managers name and hers to follow up with. I understand I reserved through a 3rd party, however I was charged for a room that I did not stay in due to staff being untruthful about availability as well as Expedia will not give me refund because the property is denying it stating the room was available and I just didn’t show up, which is untrue. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this property over the phone because they do not own up to what they tell customers.

Phenomenal friendly and helpful staff. However I feel the hotel may be experiencing some difficulties in organization and convenience. For instance there was no trash can in the room, there is no sidewalk from the parking area to the front door, and I had to get my rooms keys re-programmed 5 times in a 3 day stay. The staff was very helpful and graciously fixed the keys each time. They even managed to find an extra pillow for the room.

The hallway smelled like smoke even though it was a no smoking area. The floors were sticky and the room smelled like dirty mop water. The door to let you into parking didn’t work and the balcony door doesn't open. The elevator also smelled like people are always smoking in there.

The room had a clogged sink with murky water in it, towels provided had stains, just overall dirty and gross. The whole floor smelled like weed, smoke, and piss.

The experience in this hotel was just upsetting. The hallway in 5th floor has a strong urine odor, horrible. My room had a leak in the toilet each time we flushed it, the lamp on each side of the bed were full of dust, but a thick layer of dust. The bathroom sink had a lond hair upon just arriving in the room. However, that was nothing in comparison to what happened later at night. After staying in my room for a couple of hours, by 10pm a lady knocks a few times in my door and asks " if we pay the room". First, this was scary due to the time and the room phone was working fine, so they could have called me. I called the front desk to understand the situation. I was informed to go to the front desk for more details. Upon sharing my ID and credit card again, the agent says my name is incorrect and indicated my check out date already passed. I informed all my booking details and shared my receipt. Upon further review, the agent called the previous front desk agent who checked me In and found out thay he forgot to add my reservation as "In- house". That last detail clarify everything abdvI was good to go back to my room. I get errors happened but front desk should do a better job on passing clear details between staff and in case if discrepancies to better resolve internally before bothering guest. Front desk agent could have clarify all info easily without bothering me so late at night, and could have called me at room. The only thing that saves this hotel is the airport shuttle

The whole building smells horrible. The room wasn’t clean at all. Look like they just straighten up the up bed. The pillowcase was dirty. The tub was dirty. The water didn’t get hot until after 20 minutes of it running. I couldn’t get a new room or my refund. So I went somewhere else. The pictures on the website is a scam. I’ve stayed at plenty of motel 6 and this was the worst

navigating to the lobby was very hard, cars blocking the way, people in the streets. when we got inside we could smell smoke and see smoke in the hallways, people also smoked in the elevator. the room had odor and ROACHES. the german roaches that you cannot get rid of so its obvious they do not clean well, outdated air conditioning making the room extremely hot. and none of the balconies open for any kind of air. we didn't even get a COMFORTER. our "comforter" was a thin wool blanket between two top sheets that weren't even clean.. and two paper flat pillows so please bring your own. only one working elevator, and the staff didn't seem to care about the bug infestation. it's a cheap stay so you pay for what you get. it's okay enough for 1 night but i wouldn't dare pay for more than that.
