"The shower was never real warm. Especially for the 2nd person having to shower. Plus flying ants covered the floor in room 125. Like they were coming through the air conditioner. My husband said they couldn't help that and probably not but it was kind of gross. They would land on you and they were dying once hitting the floor...strange."

"My room 124 looked like someone was trying to remodel but failed miserably. The light cover in the bathroom was broken and there was a sponge sitting on top of it. The toilet was inches from the wall and the seat was very loose. Also it looked like someone had capped off an old toilet between the tub and the toilet above ground. There were black spots on the mattress protector when I checked for bed bugs. My husband refused to sleep under the covers! Had everything in the area not been sold out...

"First, the room looked nothing like what I had booked! There was supposed to be a separate area for the pullout bed. Since someone in the group snores, that is majn reason for booking this room. "The pool was closed, we were offered access to their sister property pool. I asked if I could transfer my room to the other property. I was told, no the room had already been paid at this facility. I asked further questions and received no clear answers. The morning of my check out that clerk was truthful and answered my questions from the previous night. "When I checked in I was required to pay a $100 refundable deposit for the room which was not in any of the emails or anything that they sent me leading up to the day of my stay. I paid the deposit in cash but everything else on my card. Once I checked out they told me that I would receive the deposit on my card within 4 days. "All 4 times I've stayed here, the rooms were on the ground floor next to my car. It's located near the freeway, close to restaurants. The rooms are clean with small refrigerators and microwaves. Staff is friendly."
