"The rooms were clean. The breakfast was great! They are a little out dated. However even though some things are out dated it was clean. The beds where not as comfortable as other places I have stayed. For the hotel being very busy. It was still very quiet. The pool area could have been cleaned a little better and would have been amazing if hot tub was working. "

"We arrived early and we were greeted a very nice gentleman. He was able to check and saw that our room was clean and ready for us. We were able to check in and relax before we went to a graduation. In the morning we just grabbed a cup of coffee from the coffee table and left. I had accidentally left my jacket in the closet. We called and spoke with a woman who was able to retrieve it and hold onto it. I had my daughter who was still nearby and she picked it up. I was very happy with the service there. "

"Front desk Peggy horrible attitude. Check out time was not til 11am the house keeper came and knocked on door and came right in our room and when had our private sign on our door and she still came on in"

"Sheets were dirty. My wife found 2 long black hairs on her pillow and she’s a blonde. We were itchy on the ride home"

"We were in town for a Basketball tournament. The Hotel staff was very nice and helpful when we first arrived. Our room was clean and spacious. The pool was not open (this didn’t affect us but would have if our kids had been younger.) We would stay here again."

"Our room was absolutely disgusting stains on sheets and mattress and a dirty band aid let alone the floor not being vacuumed they refused to refund me which I’m still working on I have lots of pictures this is wrong and uncalled for we couldn’t stay there"

"Front desk staff was very slow, trying to work on two computers and his phone to get us checked in, then he told me my military id was not a real id. Then made me redo the whole check in process that they had me do online, again in person. He made comments about getting a really big room (1 room with 3 Queen beds) after knowing I booked for 2 adults and 4 kids. Room was dirty. Dust and dirt in all corners of the bathroom and on top the the shower. The fridge made a weird noise and wouldn't get cold. Dust on the tables and lamps. Room service opened our room door at 9am!!! 2 hours before check out without even knocking."
