"I called ahead of time and specifically booked the room especially for the indoor amenities and the pool was closed, maintenance never followed up with me or reopened the pool and my kids were upset. Breakfast was cold and we waited 45 minutes for items to be refilled and there were no clean tables to sit at. The wall was thin and I heard my neighbors all night. I haven’t encountered a problem like this at other Hilton’s as a honors member before."

"I have been using this hotel when I travel to the Midtown area of Atlanta for years. This was undoubtedly the worst experience I have ever had with this hotel. The door did not open and close properly, the television did not receive any of the local Atlanta news channels. I’m not glued to a television when I travel but I do like to stay abreast of the surrounding areas. The hotel phone did not work so if I had to call the front desk, I had to use my cell phone. The toilet in the bathroom did not function properly not flushing properly. There was an exposed electrical outlet on one of the walls that needed a cover plate put on it. As I was leaving out for my Saturday outing, I stopped at the front desk and registered a complaint with the attendant on duty. This was the morning of April 18th. She asked me if I preferred to have all those things seen about while I was out for the day or wait until we returned for someone to come up to fix the issues. I gave her a verbal agreement that it was fine for them to go into our room while we weren’t there. After our day out shopping and going to see a show, we returned to the room to find nothing I had registered a complaint about was done. Like I said in the beginning of this review, I have used this hotel multiple times in the past years but I am going to think long and hard about staying there again. The quality of the hotel has gone down tremendously. I asked for a receipt. I was told it would be emailed nothing "
